St. John's Healthnet, inc., St. Paul, Minnesota
Data System and Operations Development Director
September 2002 to the Present
As a member of the executive team I co-developed and defined the policies
and procedures that were used to guide our international medical professional
recruitment project efforts.
Participated in and helped manage our negotions with both clients and
vendors. Typical recruitment projects were run with budgets that ranged
from $150,000.00 to $450.000.00.
Managed the development of multiple websites and databases including https://www.pageonimmigration.com,
an industry standard immigration case management and international recruiting
website/management system.
Oversaw the case management of recruitment projects to ensure the successful
acquisition of the credentials required to successfully process immigrant
and H1B petitions filed by the Law Office of Patrick J. Page.
Travelled as needed to the Philippines, Manila and Cebu, to oversee and
manage recruiting events and attend to the requirements of our clients
who were in attendance at these events.
Travelled with the Philippine Minnesota Medical Association to Norhtern
Samar in the Philippines to represent St. John's Healthnet, inc. and to
assist as needed during the January 2005 medical mission which was co-sponsored
by St. John's and Patrick J. Page. The medical mission served over 7000 people in just 5 days.

Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist
April 2000 - September 2002
As the Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist I reported to the Corporate
Quality Manager and the Vice-president of Operations. My duties included:
the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
that were in conformance with the ISO 9002-1994 standard. I promoted and
supported the implementation of the company's SOPs through the development
and maintenance of: Quality Management educational programs, the corporate
intranet and the document control system. I facilitated and managed the
activities of the Internal Audit and Corrective Action programs.
Dakota County
Historical Society, South St. Paul, Minnesota
Museum Director
May 1994 - April 2000.
As director of the DCHS I orchestrated the development of a range of projects,
which constituted the museum's daily operations. These projects consumed
between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 annually. I oversaw a paid and volunteer
staff that included 6 employees and almost 60 volunteers.
I was directly responsible for several facets of the museum's annual production.
I was the education department, the fundraising department, the exhibition
and marketing departments, the public/government/media relations department
and the technology development department.
I oversaw the development of the museum's publications department, its
collections and research departments, its volunteer opportunities program
and I reported directly to the Society's Board of Directors. I was also
responsible for defining and developing the museum's long-range plans.
These plans were annually reviewed and approved by the DCHS Board of Directors.
As director of the DCHS I was also asked to participate in or direct various
community projects sponsored by Dakota County government. In 1999 I was
an active member of the Dakota County Sesquicentennial Committee. I also
served as chair of both the Dakota County 20th Century History Book Committee
and the Dakota County Art and History in Public Places Committee.
